The class still has its challenging moment with very deep stretching and some strong Asanas.
11 AM - Tuesday, Thursday - Functional Yoga with Marine Larripa
Marine Larripa teaches this class. Her classes are advanced. She always takes you to the deep work to perfect your practice, always focusing on alignment with a lot of conscience and breathing.
Marine's students are outdoor people, like surfers, swimmers, runners, and dancers. Her class is a good balance for athletes.
Wed. 5 PM - Restorative Yoga with Marine Larripa
Marine teaches this gentle restorative yoga class. This class is for all people, including beginners just starting out, people that have injuries, and pregnant women.
This is a great class to get started with Yoga and to start creating a very good habit!!!
The classes are Hatha Yoga, lasting 1 hour 30 minutes. They're targeted towards relaxation and awareness in the movement. From the new consciousness, both physical and mental structural patterns change.
The class flows from action to meditation, from Pranayama to movement with focused inward attention to breathing. Swapping between strong and even restorative Asanas. Also in class we use different props such as bolsters, straps and blocks to create the proper alignment.
